Komodo National Park
With over 50 dive sites, Komodo provides one of the most enriching underwater experiences in all of Indonesia in one of the world’s best diving destinations for its rich biodiversity.
The narrows between Komodo and Rinca generate strong tidal currents that enrich their waters with nutrients, creating a vibrant ecosystem within the Coral Triangle. With visibility of more than 30m, this environment is home to a wealth of biodiversity, including giant frogfish, mimic and blue-ringed octopus, ghost pipefish and endemic species such as the sea apple. The seabed varies from colourful reefs to cold water landscapes, with abundant protected marine life: schools of carangids, reef sharks, manta rays and bamboo sharks.
