The perfect destination for the thresher shark

The Philippines is an island country with a maze of 7,107 islands that are geographically classified into the areas of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, where an estimated population of 102 million people reside.

Many have considered it to be the place in the world with the greatest biodiversity. In the Visayas area is the island of Cebu, where the expedition will take place. Near the capital, we find the Copton peninsula. At the beginning of our trip we will travel to this area to dive on the beautiful coast of Moalboal.

Itinerary

ITINERARY

Day 1 (19 November, Wednesday)

Departure from Madrid with Qatar Airways at 15:20 (stopover in Doha). Arrival in Doha at 23:50. Stopover at 04:05.

Day 2 (20 November, Thursday)

Connecting flight to Cebu at 03:55. Arrival at Cebu – Mactan airport at 17:55. Reception at the airport and transfer to Kasai Village Dive Resort. Accommodation on M.P. basis in ‘Deluxe Pool View’ or ‘Deluxe Sea View’ room.

Days 3 and 4 (21 and 22 November)

Days dedicated to diving in Moalboal with a program of 4 dives per day with the dive centre ‘Sea Explorers’.

Day 5 (23 November, Sunday)

Breakfast and, at the agreed time, transfer to the Ocean Vida Resort hotel on the island of Malapascua. Accommodation on H.B. basis in a ‘Garden View’ or ‘Deluxe Garden’ room.

Days 6 to 10 (From 24 to 28 November)

Days dedicated to diving in Malpascua with a program of 3 dives per day with the dive centre ‘Sea Explorers’.

Day 11 (29 November, Saturday)

At the agreed time, transfer to Cebu – Mactan airport to take the Qatar Airways flight to Madrid (technical stop in Davao and stopover in Doha) at 19:25.

Day 12 (30 November, Sunday)

Arrival at Doha airport at 03:35. Stopover at 04:35. Connection with flight to Madrid at 08:10. Arrival at Madrid airport at 13:50.

End of services provided.

*Flights for this trip are scheduled with Qatar Airways at the times indicated. These flights are subject to availability at the time of issuance. In the case that there are no more seats left, flights will be issued with Emirates airline, with schedules very similar to those of Qatar Airways.

Situated in Moalboal, 60 metres from Basdiot Beach, Kasai Village Dive Resort features accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. The property is 28 km from Kawasan Falls. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and a private beach area. The accommodation features room service, a tour desk and luggage storage space for guests.

Rooms at Kasai Village Dive Resort feature free WiFi and a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Some rooms have sea views. All rooms include air conditioning and a desk.
